Marcus Deller – Owner & Lead Technician
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors in 2015 after eight years working for two of the major manufacturers, which is why he can tell you the factory spring cycle rating on a Clopay door from memory and why it matters for your specific Westminster neighborhood. He’s the one who wrote the documentation system we still use: photograph the failed part, explain the failure in writing, quote a flat price, then show the customer the finished work before leaving. When he’s not on a job site, he’s reviewing quality records from the prior week’s installs or testing a new torque-sensing tool in his own garage. He’ll occasionally point out that a torsion spring that lasted exactly 12,000 cycles did what the manufacturer said it would do, and that this is not a coincidence. Marcus lives in Westminster and still answers midnight spring-break calls himself.
Dana R. – Senior Installer
Dana has installed over 2,400 garage doors across the Denver metro since joining Servo in 2018, with a specialty in high-lift conversions and Clopay wide-format doors on new-build homes in Bradburn and the Westminster subdivisions east of Wadsworth. She holds LiftMaster and Chamberlain technician certifications for belt-drive and wall-mount opener systems, and she’s the person we send when a homeowner wants a door re-racked after foundation settling. Leo M. – Apprentice Technician
Leo joined the crew in 2024 through a referral from a door supplier we trust in Commerce City. He’s the youngest person on the team and the one who carries the spare logic boards, limit switches, and photo-eye sensors organized by brand in the truck bed drawers. Under Marcus and Dana, Leo is learning the trade from the parts out: measuring wire diameter on torsion springs, reading spring cycle tags, and understanding why a Wayne Dalton torque spring is not interchangeable with a standard torsion system. He’s already passed his LiftMaster safer-install certification and completed 170 supervised service calls.
